This time it's Japan that want to have a go at Microsoft.  Last  month the European Commission finished drafting it's response to another case brought against Microsoft.  And what are these cases about?  Essentially, other less-successful companies think it's OK to sue Microsoft for being better than them.

The problem is that customers who aren't terribly computer literate will get a system with an audio player installed on it, and won't even think to go look for something else. They'll then get used to using WMP, and won't want to switch ( ... )

Yes, I understand that monopolistic practice is bad for the consumer. However, my grievence is that being too successful appears to be a bad thing ( ... )
