Here we go again ...

This time it's Japan that want to have a go at Microsoft.  Last  month the European Commission finished drafting it's response to another case brought against Microsoft.  And what are these cases about?  Essentially, other less-successful companies think it's OK to sue Microsoft for being better than them.

The problem is that customers who aren't terribly computer literate will get a system with an audio player installed on it, and won't even think to go look for something else. They'll then get used to using WMP, and won't want to switch

Yes, I understand that monopolistic practice is bad for the consumer. However, my grievence is that being too successful appears to be a bad thing
