Okay, helpful people of livejournal - does anyone know of a reasonably priced, clean, hotel in NYC? Preferably around Chelsea/Greenwich? We've stayed in midtown before and would like to explore a different part of town. And I remember being really comfortable in those areas

I've always stayed in apartments....want me to ask my manhattan connections? (ie family :) who I will conveniently be seeing in a week?)

We stayed there in 2008. Very clean including the shared toilets but our room had a sink and shower. We would stay there again for sure.
