Pirate kitty!

Exciting! This weekend, Amy & I took in this sweet new kitty. A woman near Amy's hometown found the little girl yelping in the woods with a badly injured eye, nursed her back to health, and then put her up for adoption. Not long thereafter, Amy & I found ourselves in possession of a fine black kitten with a sweet nature and a squinty little pirate

I found Miss Anne to be very warm and loving, and generally 100% adorable. She's a great addition to the household. Congrats!

(Note: this is the pot calling the kettle black, since I haven't taken any time off work since my traumatic breakup, *however* I have to support the idea that a day at home in Toronto with your wife and three kitties would be a good deal more healthy, restful and pleasurable for you than a day at home alone in Oakville would for me, trapped as I would be in a small one-bedroom apartment with a crazed bloodthirsty siamese and no transit, while all my friends and family are at work).
