I thought it was againt Paypal's ToS to charge a fee for using their service? (referring to the 4% fee you've added). Has this changed?

I can't speak for the bookings people officially, but in my experience transferring money on Paypal, they absolutely do charge for Paypal-to-bank transfers. My guess is the 4% Sectus has added is to cover for that loss. Basically anytime they transfer the money to a bank account, Paypal will take a huge chunk out of the amount transferred - when it's thousands of pounds, that's a good loss of money.

For an official explanation, you should email bookings@sectus.org, as that is just my unofficial guess!
