Well we can definitely try that dimsum place on the last night, though I was thinking of a farewell dinner probably on Mon Night since many h/d & snarry shippers will be at that dinner.

I've barely been home (Sectus preparations! Ack!) and haven't had a chance to email you yet, but here are some thoughts...

The Snupin meetup is is going to be 2:00-3:00 on Saturday. Perhaps you could schedule the R/S meetup to come directly before or after it, and we can have one run into the other? We could probably request to get them in the same location.

A post-opening ceremonies pub thing is probably a good idea; no one has scheduled an 'official' one yet as far as I know, and people will be looking for something to do. Same for a pre-Ball drabble dinner. :P

I think thur night after the opening ceremony is the way to go. I'll ask lizard for the pub info and forward an email to wendy about it. I don't know if we'll do any thing creative at this time or not. I'll probably post again or email peeps about it.

Well, to me the pub after the opening ceremony would fit best, I guess. I will most probably be volunteering at the registration desk (have to be there well in advance) and I am already occupied Friday afternoon before the Book Release Party, unfortunately. Btw, what is Drabble? :-)

I think the pub after the opening ceremony will be the best choice. A drabble is a piece of fanfic that is usually 100-500 words.
