Let me know how the whole life change goes for you. I say this because I read that book and, this is in no way meant for anyone it's just my thoughts on the book, I thought the book was crap. I thought that the author was extremely condecending and believed that his audience, his readers, were a bunch of weaklings. I personally thought the book was basically full of crap, but my mom read it before I did and she said it did wonders for her... she recommends it to like everyone she knows. Now you've read it and you're taking its advice. Anyway, just let me know how it goes.
