Good luck...it's really one of those decisions that need to be made by the person going into therapy. You're an adult now.
If you have issues that you think you need to work through that can't be solved without talking to someone who is supposed to help from a non-biased standpoint. It's prolly a good idea. If you're just in that normal I'm having a early 20's crisis because I don't know where I'm going...you might not need a emotional therapist so much as a occupational therapist.

unless we're talking about physical therapy, in which case you are literally picking yourself up, although often not by your bootstraps.
I have plenty of experience with the former, and none with the later.
