* I hate my refrigerator. Not as much as the broken one, clearly, but it would be nice if it could regulate its temperature within less than 15 degrees? I'm glad to hear that your interview went well enough, and that you are (pretty much) done with your work. I hope to hear good news on Sunday! Sorry to hear about your fridge and the heat, though. The heat's been awful up here, too.

You're welcome to borrow the Temeraire brick if you want to read Throne of Jade and Black Powder War.

I guess we'll have to make a special Space Nazi exception on Mars. The regular Nazis, though... they have to go to the moon, at least.

I may need to borrow the brick. I was hoping to listen to them on audiobook because I am addicted to knitting; the audiobooks are read really well, too. But even if I could get it, it's not like I apparently ever actually listen to the audiobooks, given that I am just finishing His Majesty's Dragon now and I got it, like, during finals. So maybe I will borrow the brick after all.

It's okay, they are Space Nazis by culture, so they're fine once you remove the Space Nazi influence. The female lead begins as a Space Nazi. Regular Nazis I think are destined for Pluto, although, as we mentioned, the ineffectual modern kind we could just send to the moon to annoy Cyborg Scalia.
