They say that two of the best things for bipolar disorder are having a regular, complete sleep cycle, and exercise.  It is actually impossible for me to have a regular sleep schedule right now between school and work, so I'm going to try to concentrate on the exercise portion, as well as eating heakthier and eating more immune system boosting foods ( Read more... )

Yeah, school tends to make it hard to get real sleep. But good for you for working at the exercise portion. :)

I've heard the same thing. It's supposed to help with depression too, and it does to an extent. My problem is if my anxiety gets bad, I get to nervous to go to the gym in the first place.

I am trying to walk more though. I figure every little bit helps. I'm rooting for your motivation!
