Yoga in the AM is rock. I've done yoga for almost ten years. Kripalu, specifically. Once you learn shavasana, you'll figure out that ten minutes of that is better than 30min of sleep when you're really exhausted. I do it in the middle of the day a lot.

You've got super late birthday mail coming. It's rad, though.

Oh, dude, and you need to see the image of the ink I'm saving up for.

Well, naturally you can probably research it. There's an institute in Mass. somewhere, actually. My dad went there (He's and architect/yoga instructor)
Kripalu is very decent. It's much more individualized, so you can make it as hard or as easy as you need. Meditation is a big part of it. Anyone who teaches it is probably internationally certified. It's good for flexibility and strength, but not necessarily fast calorie burning. Any yoga of course varies, depending on the instructor, which can be good and bad, but of all the styles I've tried, I like Kripalu the best. Oh, and you learn neat tricks, like how to breathe through one nostril and to concentrate your breathing on any muscle that's burning, bc that happens as a lack of o2 in whatever area hurts. Also how to essentially give yourself massages, which is rarely needed, because the style takes care of ever having knots pretty much.
