He's a 'staple illusion', most likely. Something treated more as scenery than an actual person -- or drone, in this case.

As I said, take it up with the child with striped hair. Also, I agreed that you would stay out of my lawn. The bit with the fence was your own stipulation added after the agreement was made and had no bearing on actual negotiation.
