Damn you're in good shape Trent. I'm 6'3", 155 lbs and 9% body fat (according to my physical), meaning you have 20 more pounds of muscle mass than me, assuming our bones and organs weigh the same, which they probably don't. I need to get off my ass and work harder in weight training. 20 lbs is a lot of muscle.

Yeah, but keep in mind I'm two years older. Actually, I'm almost certain that I was exactly 6"3/155 at the end of sophmore year, though I guess you're technically a junior. I'm assuming you took my 2% higher body fat into account when you came to the 20lbs figure, since I'm 27 lbs heavier than you. I'm flattered that you thought I'd figure that, since I immediately noticed you put 20 lbs instead of 27.

Also, I forgot how tall you've gotten.

It's tight. They've got machines that ask for your height, sex, and level of athletic ability (well, just the choice between "athlete" or "regular") then weigh you and give you your % body fat.
