[Anyone wanna meet Quisty? Well now's a chance to run into her - possibly literally. Now that the rain has broken, even if it's still a dull day, she's found a pair of sweatpants, fairly concealing tank top, and a pair of running shoes and is taking some exercise up and down some of the roadways. After all, as she said to Allen, out-of-shape ( Read more... )

[Seifer was out and about too, but not training in a conventional manner. He was on a quest! A quest of exploration, and possibly finding where they're hiding the monsters. He owed a couple people sparring sessions but those could wait until a little bit later.

His path of destination just happened to cross Quistis' jog path.]

[Oh wonderful, the person she wants to see least of all. When she spots him, she groans and immediately alters her path of transit, hoping to Hyne he didn't see her. She does not need to get into another back-and-forth with him.]

[Well, he's not exactly keen on visiting with her either. After that whole... weirdness. He might not have seen her at first, but he heard the groan and caught the movement out of his eye, though at first he reacted as though he thought she'd attack, whirling to take a battle stance and watching her coldly.

Oh, it was just Quistis. Hopefully she wasn't feeling trigger happy today.]

Trepe.

[Oh Seifer, she was trying to get away from you, why didn't you just let her? But she stops when he says her name, groaning silently this time and waiting a moment before turning to face him, clearly unarmed (though that doesn't seem to mean much with her).]

Seifer.

[As Quistis is doing her jog, she likely notices the fact that as she gets to one area, it's seeming a bit chillier, probably because of all the wind there.]

[Someone else is taking advantage of the lack of rain and dreary day to experiment a bit. Quistis likely finds herself pelted by some leaves that fall off a tree or something of that nature. Feel free to come find the very female Uruki wearing a rather low cut top, so yes, the symbol is visible now.]

[The leaffall isn't too pleasant, but not horrible, as she raises her arms to try to protect her face and brush off the ones that landed on her head and shoulders. She glances up at the increasing breeze, goosebumps forming on her bare arms, only to notice a figure that seems... somewhat familiar up ahead. At least, the haircut looks somewhat familiar; that's not exactly your everyday style, after all.

Wracking her brains for a moment gives her a likely answer as to the identity.]

Ahh... Are you Uruki?

[And once a voice is heard, the wind dies down a bit, though there is still a gentle breeze around here. The girl is still a girl, however.]

Yes. And you were, um, Quistis, right?

I bet you're glad everything is back to normal and you can actually now meet us as our normal selves.

Yes, I'm Quistis. This is your normal self? Are you really a girl, then? [There was so much swapping and switching last time that probably no one could follow it. Quistis draws to a stop near him/her and gives him a quick glance-over, clearly puzzled.] Everything was a little mixed up last time...

**'Slash' (as he'll introduce himself) is already whistling to himself but, just happens that as Quistis passes him, the combination of random whistles ends up sounding like a cat-call. Really, he doesn't even see her going by, but he's 'just whistled at her'**

[Oh yes, that's not the best thing to do, but she doesn't react quite as badly as some other women. While thanks to the Trepies she's become fairly inured to that and pretty good at ignoring those actions, she has been attacked twice since arriving, so she's more on her guard.

She stops moving and spins to face the new... is that a woman or a man? How many androgynous people does this place have? But at least she doesn't sound pointedly accusing when she asks,] Did you just whistle at me?

Eh? **Did he whistle at her? No, he's sure he didn't... He didn't even see her. But, looking her over, he could have. Heck, he would have, if his head weren't up in the clouds about music**

I know I was whistling before but, not at you. Sure you didn't whistle at me by mistake? **Way to press your own ego button there Slash**

[And that earns him a raised eyebrow. While it's good to know he's not going to charge her, or at least she's fairly sure he won't, a high amount of ego isn't her favorite thing either. It tends to get people in trouble. But she's polite - unless provoked - so she responds normally.] No, I don't whistle.
