Before next week is over, I think I'll seek out the spirit of healing magic at least and try to learn from them. With no way to replenish stocks of spells, I don't want to be caught flat-footed in an emergency. If anyone wants to come with me, I'd enjoy the company

Yes. Magic on my world isn't a matter of learning spells, but more of learning to capture them and hold on to them from enemies so you can use them in the future. We call that a "stock." Since there aren't any enemies to stock spells from here, I need to find another way to retain my casting.

Apparently my world's kind of magic is almost nothing like anyone else's, so I also have some worries about its effects on enemies. So far spells have been effective, but I haven't had to use many, and no healing spells. What is your magic like?
