no wonder we get along so well.

my goal in life is to own my own venue. i already have a property picked out, and a lot of the logistics worked out...its just the financials that im having trouble with, as i have none of my own money.

Don't forget - you can also rent the stage area out for bands / musicians in general to have some practice sessions. Thats what a local theater around here does. :)
