The yummiest soup. Ever.

4 extra large baked potatoes

½ cup butter

2/3 cup flour

2 tablespoons green onion

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

6 cups milk

1 cup sour cream

1 tsp. salt

½ t. pepper

6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

Soup is darn good. Husband said he's 'keeping me' after he tried it. Which is a good thing as the warranty's expired and there are way too many miles on me. :)

I think Carrie enjoys being super mom and making us all look like slackers. making costumes sceneing and still finding time to put pictures of the step by step prep of food. she's crazy.

Seriously! And it probably would. Of course two of my children still wouldn't eat it. Grr... And the funny thing is, the two that ate this soup are the two who wouldn't eat the stuffed cabbage leaves. Can't please everyone, I guess!
