Global Warming now Climate Crisis?
Now that it has been 'outed' that the world is not in a 'Global Warming' period, the huge amounts in the 'Stimulus Plan' for Climate change studies has been demonstrated to be unneeded. So take it out. Global Climate Studies, is at present being funded to a tune of $5 to $6 billion. We do not need to go in dept for even more. Lets get to work
