So, I hear Leader-sama's birthday is two days from now. I don't know about anyone else, but I think the occasion deserves a little celebration.

Sasori can't remember the last time he celebrated anyone's birthday; really, he's far too busy for such frivolities.

However, it has been some time since they'd all been together, and it is Leader...]

...It's an idea worthy of consideration. We've not had a proper gathering in some time.

Exactly. [Kisame grins, pleased with the idea. After all, who else would ever have proposed it? Hardly anyone in the Akatsuki is that social.... well, and that inclined to do so. Hidan wouldn't want to do something like this, most likely. And Deidara.... well, who knows? Madara would have to be Tobi to do it, if he even wanted to bother.... That all just left it up to him.]

I think it'd be fun, you know? As long as we're all here, we might as well enjoy each other's company every now and then. And we really do need to figure out where we're going from here, as a group.

I can take care of a cake, at least. Do you have any ideas, Sasori-san?
