Going back to my roots

Kelli, D, Ali and I went on a ride today, after we all got our shit done. All four of us really needed this ride because we've 1) haven't been on a ride since before Winter break 2) needed some time to chill and talk and just be together 3) I sensed a need to reaffirm our friendship, after all of the shit that's gone down in the couple days

YES! And that's what makes these highs and lows so...so...I don't know what the feeling is. But there is a feeling. It's like I "forget" that in a few days/minutes/weeks/seconds/months I could go to the other extreme. I don't know if "foget" is the right word, but it's like I don't know it, and am surprised when I sink or sky-rocket.
