I watched Frida tonight in WMST forum. Ashley Judd and Selma Hyak dancing together is the hottest thing I've seen in quite some time. That was the repressed lesbian side of me coming out again for a breif moment. The movie was wonderful overall though

I loved Frida. I saw it in the theater when it came out ...

I never really cared for her artwork until I saw the movie. I still don't really care for it, but now it has meaning.

Same here. I appreciate it. I wouldn't necessarily hang it in my home, but I have a great appreciation for it. The movie was good. It's weird to watch that many sex scenes sitting next to a professor though lol.

i tried to comment on your previous entry about the expectations thing but LJ was in read-only mode, so let's see if i can remember what i was trying to say...

don't let the expectations get in your way! just keep doing what you're doing (because it's obviously something that you love), and you will continue to be amazing at what you do. people will still notice, and you'll probably exceed their 'expectations' because you're simply doing what you love.
