SAME OLD: This Will Be Short

Not much "New" with me. But I don't want to ignore this opportunity to contact with others, even if I only manage to get a little bit of communication out there. Main thing is: I'm still alive and trying to do well . . . or at least "to do well enough"!

The city sent me a letter several weeks ago insisting that I cut back the lilacs along the fence

I'm thinking almost no one will know, so I'll be using the internet to see what rental equipment outlets Minneapolis might have. Sigh. I'm about ready to start a betting game as to what the city Masters take up arms against! 🤣

Too bad you couldn't join up with others in your neighborhood that have the same problem and split the cost. :)

I haven't noticed anyone on the block dealing with such projects. Of course, I have NOT been able to spend much time, energy, &/or cash on that type of maintenance. However . . . I did find a neighbor who has a Whacker I can use. I think he'd possibly do the work, but I've hired him before and I find him too expensive so I'll ask him to show me how and promise him some baked goods in return. I hope that will suffice.
