Well, it's more like people start imagining that some fictional occasion actually happened once someone else starts suggesting it to them. Noone suggested anything to you so iono, maybe you are delusional? *hides* Enough sleep these days? ^^;; And to tell whether or not it's false is pretty tough. So far they rely on whether or not the story can be verified by someone else (=common sense?).

Erm, I did indirectly ask the lecturer who supposedly sent me the email (she's the only person who would contact me about it) to verify it, but I haven't gotten a reply yet. :S
