Yesterday we finally went to the post office, (yeah, that’s right, the one where he’s worked at for 20 years. Merciful Goddess, that long? lol) to get those damn passports. We filled out the proper forms; we had our birth certificates, our id’s. They took our pictures right there. The cost for the actual passports for the two of us? $254. Fuck. Oh

i'm so sorry about your issues with the airline. and i'm so very grateful that mine was handled differently than yours. Believe me, i prayed a great deal (actually, it was begging. lol) i know Isis loves me. and every once and a while, it's nice to be reminded of what i take for granted.
