This week I saw a doctor who actually deals with super, super morbidly obese people on a daily basis. Verdict? I will be dead at 40 if I don't turn this around

YOu can do this! Every time you want to go off the diet just remember that 150 lbs lighter you will be able to do more & you will be closer to your goals. Maybe try to find stuff you like that's lower calorie, or when times get tough do what I do (and yeah this is totally silly) & start spam playing a song that's motivational to you and remind yourself WHY it's motivational. Mine changes every once and awhile but right now I'm starting to jog and it's something that I've never done before...and said I'd never do so I just listen to Stronger by Kelly Clarkson over and over while I'm pushing myself. I don't know if it would help OR If you'd be interested but the youtube community is awesome (if you already have a channel let me know and I'd be happy to watch your vids), or just come here for support

I'm glad you are working with a specialist. When I look at people such as yourself who are super morbidly obese, I know exactly how you get there. I see myself as no different, just the level of suffering is not comparable. If you find it too difficult to do on your own, consider that hospitalization. Bills can get paid eventually. Your life is what's important. I admire you for continuing to work. I do not know how you manage all that you are doing. Sometimes we think we are eating normal portions, but it's not really normal eating because we are so accustomed to disordered eating. And lymphedema fluid does add lots of pounds. That's something they could better take care of in the hospital. As long as you are alive, there is always hope. Let us know how you are doing. You have a lot of people pulling for you who care about you even though we've never met.
