I am always down with mind-reading for mine; actually messing around beyond that is a maybe/depends on the situation thing.
sundialed is a normal human with no wacky mental powers. He does, however, look about half as old as he really is, and he is dead due to his canon point. There's always a lot more going on under the surface than he generally lets on. Aaaaand he is sick with TB, which he does his best not to be obvious about but would be blatantly obvious to anyone poking around in his head.
bronevolence is a normal human with no mental powers! Just a lot of inferiority complexes and ill-advised obsession issues.
They're also both historical figures, although since it looks like Elspeth is from a non-realworld setting I imagine that wouldn't really register to her!
Kouichi yes on both accounts! he's not quite human though, and is mentally strong but has no psychic powers.
Schuldig is an alpha class telepath. He's got very strong shields, so you won't be able to just poke around in his head without his permission. He'll also notice if someone is attempting to do just that. He doesn't mind holding conversations telepathically though!
Chitose yes on both accounts. he's normal. Got some childhood issues but otherwise he's just. Very gay 8D;
Jo has very strong mental shields, but she's not a psychic, just. Stubborn. She might not notice poking around but she'll resist manipulation. She doesn't remember much of her past, but she's essentially a laboratory-bred human being.
Eclipse is a demon. He is also a telepath and has shields. He'd notice and throw out any intruders. He's also not so keen on talking telepathically if he doesn't need to.
Narushige is a regular human! Yes on both accounts. He's got some traumatic childhood memories though.
Ash is a regular human but has hypnotic abilities, and

Tiffany's mental landscape has the metaphorical "No Trespassing" sign on it because witches have to learn to protect themselves when they go out Borrowing. Also, she knows if someone is trying to get in and will give one warning before throwing intruders out. She will take it very badly if someone tried coercion .
Necoco is a robot! His thoughts are a little weird due to that. Otherwise he's just thinking about how he likes dudes, worrying over his friends, and stuff he should cook or bake.
Elspeth can sort of recognise the difference between people and machines! So Necoco is going to confuse her so much even before she learns what he's thinking.
Itachi: He can't read minds, but he CAN do things like mind control and mindfuckery, and appears to be able to share mind space with people under certain circumstances. idk shounen manga. The Sharingan is pretty powerful, and his in particular is geared toward mental manipulation. She might be able to poke around in his mind to some extent but controlling him, not so much.
Uriel: Is an archangel who often communicates via telepathy anyway because he has no vocal chords. \:D/ Getting into his head at all is probably a no.
Coercion is basically mind control, and since farseekers and coercers are supposed to be able to speak telepathically to each other, I think we could work that, if we felt like it! She tends not to coerce other people she considers to be misfits, anyway. It's impolite.
That's fine. :3c Also I forgot to add he always has the sharingan activated if he's out wandering in camp. So his eyes are red and kind of generally notable looking, like in the icon I'm using.
