No, I don't. But that is a very valid point- I am a firm believer in citizens making informed decisions about their involvement in the government. I'll see if I can't track that down for you and post it so that others can read it also, if they want.

I haven't found the actual bill yet, but this website breaks down the bill quite well (and has ALOT of info on it) :

edit: I've got to look some more. Looking at the dates on this, it might not be the same bill. Of course, with how slow our gov't works, it may be.
