the problem is, the truth is what hurts in the end. the truth has never saved my ass like a lie has, the truth has never protected me like a lie, never kept me from danger.
I agree that a lie is usually hurtful when the truth comes out, but with my truth, i dont plan to ever let it out. Sharing it would undoubtably cause more confrontation and make my life much harder as well as much lonlier.
I gave the following example to another:
you could kinda say its like we're at an all white people gathering and im the only racist person, no one else. If a black guy comes in, i hate him, but no one else does, so i keep my peace because i enjoy all of them, but they insist on asking me my position. My situations might be slightly more in tune if you were to say my reason for not liking the black guy was not because of his race, but because of his personality and that my reasons were fully justified.
and if i dont gain better friends, if i gain more enemies then I already have, if I make peoples lives harder by my truth? that really doesnt sound like God's work there
