Apparently research has shown that smiling is in some cases a sign of social submissiveness.

No, really. Some teacher in New Jersey told students that they would go to hell if they didn't accept Jesus Christ as their savior.

And the student that reported him is receiving death threats.

I feel so close to home. And it's not a good feeling.
