However, what annoyed him about this was the fact that See-More had decided to do it with a note rather than face to face.
Invisible, he silently made his way to the door to intercept See-More there. It was only when See-More was just a few inches away that Ghost bothered to reappear.
"Going somewhere?"

He paused in his steps, turning around and seeing Ghost. Unsure of what to say at first, he just stood there, blank. He slowly said, "I...need...a break? A vacation?" Why was he lying? He knew Ghost could read his mind and could tell See-More was lying. Maybe he was just nervous. Or maybe he really is just that dumb right now.

"The fact that you're lying to me is rather insulting, See-More," he said simply. "Even without telepathy."
Resting a hand on his hip, he fixed his cool pale grey gaze on his friend, expression dead serious.
"But what really bothers me is the fact that you wouldn't come out and say it to everyone's faces. Did you honestly think we're like some common gang, who would beat you senseless for wanting some time to go out on your own and figure out what you wanted to do?"

Gizmo's scream of rage echoed out through the hideout long before See-More would have heard the clank clank of Gizmo's mechanical legs.
