They want the records to find out who PUT the material there and possibly if someone was downloading and redistributing it widely.

There is not much that they can go after casual users of the site for - even if you used it daily.

Relax, but don't go looking for Titan Porn - those guys will lock you up just for reading the cover of their DVD without paying for it :)
