I guess I'm not that pissed, but it chafes me a little that Fudo, Izayoi and Atlas basically get to dance a merry jig and swing a cane on their way to the finals.

Uh, they've. Kinda been in the tournament this whole time, I think? I know they've been kinda popular, too, but they're considered to be kinda pushovers... but it's where I'm kinda confused, cause I keep seeing that people are saying they've never been in the tournament, before, and some have been talking about how they're dangerous. And with how this place tends to be...
