Okay now I am officially PISSED. Last week's last-minute f&%-up with the rescheduling meant that DVRs had no time to catch up to the new programming, so my DVR recorded Nikita last week. Awww.....maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan......that sucks out loud! Technology!fail! And Eff the CW, just on principle! Seriously, they need to pull their heads outta their asses and stop screwing around. I can't believe they run a network like this....it's astounding. They really screwed the pooch w/ this debacle...

I actually DID watch the episode live...I was just venting about not having it archived. Plus the DVR ratings will be totally hosed, and I'm pissed about that. Ah well.

If you're gonna fuck up majorly, make sure it's only ONCE! Holy cow. I'm going to give the CW a written warning and let then know it's going in their permanent record.

Note how pervasive and irritating this whole rescheduling/DVR thing is. Not only does CW run VD and Nikita a week ago after SPN gets all sorts of press for the show (including What To Watch in Entertainment weekly), thus shifting both live and DVR ratings that should have gone to SPN to their weaker shows, the fact that a host of DVRs and listings are incorrect this week mean they eliminate the DVR recordings from this week's SPN, hurting it even more comparatively against those weaker shows at the CW (all while SPN is battling Fringe on Friday nights). Of course, Dish Network and other cable/satellite providers could be better about trying to update for these things, too. How about getting CW to run this week's SPN late night sometime this week after getting word out to the fans about when so we can all record/see it and boost its ratings a bit? Rather than flame CW, I'd like to see people try to get them to rerun Like a Virgin this week, with a little freakin' notice.
