After watching the episode I too wondered about the choice of bits used in the "THEN" sequence. Love the episode itself but that bit just didn't seem to fit. I had fun trying to figure out who did the animal voices. I'm convinced it was Jensen doing the Colonel, & Misha doing the pigeon that pooped on Dean's car. Probably way off, but that's just my opinion. I actually enjoyed this bizarre storyline & some of the clever lines & the cliff-hanger about why dogs are really here. Guess we'll never know now. LOL

There was so much to love about this episode! I think I read that Jared tweeted that neither of them supplied the voices for the dogs. I'll have to look up his tweets.

And you and I both know that dogs are here to teach us how to love. :)

Yes, yes! I knew I couldn't be the only one who felt a little insulted by that montage. I think it's pretty pathetic when the writers feel they have to remind you that they can be funny. Have some confidence in your work for goodness sake!

Agreed on so many levels. I hate it when showrunners think I'm too stupid to know what's going on. It put me in a grumpy and unnecessarily nitpicky mood. But the episode didn't deserve that, so I have to watch again. Oh, the sacrifice...
