I only seem to write when I feel like utter crap

I've been visualizing a large crude nail being driven into my wrist, jesus fashion, alot lately. I'm not exactly sure why. It's usually in response to the actions of others. It think it's the only way I can keep smiling and not punch my fist through a glass window or something equally self-destuctive. Apparently I'm not the only one dealing with

I'm so sorry I haven't kept up with you the past couple of months. I've been really selfish and wrapped up in my own stuff. You know how to get me if you ever need me for anything be it a talking or nothing more than a rubber band. I'm so sorry I haven't been there, and I won't let it happen that way again. I love you.
