I was pissed off too. Its AUTO TECH. Useless to a certain degree (albeit helpful if your car ever dies....) But what a fucking BS teacher your bro has. I hope your mom seriously fights it because she has the right to. Especially considering the fact the teach is supposed to tell the parents if anythings wrong WAY AHEAD OF TIME. WTF? I hope his ass goes down.
