Now I'm not up on my CCS but Yue = Yukito in some crazy way right?

Yeah-- see, once upon time, back when Clow Reed created the Clow Cards (ego, much?), Yue was the favorite card and would be the judge of Clow Reed's successor. Unfortunetly, Yue couldn't just hang around and observe, so he created a false form, Yukito. Yukito, built upon magic, had no real past, but was still human and existed and all that jazz, with Yue as a seperate but integrated part of Yukito. Kinda like in Trill culture the symbiont and the host (think Jadzia Dax). I hope that made some sort of sense.
