You know, this is the sort of thing that you should either turn into a book or a sitcom. :(

If medicine ever stops working out, I have plans to write the next Vicar of Dibley except with added falling down houses and public transport disasters. :)

Unbelievable. Except for the bit where I'm trying to unravel a judgment against my company at the moment which was served upon us at an address which is not ours, has never been ours and, as far I can see on StreetView, is a second-hand car lot and a demolition site.

Good luck getting it all sorted out.

I'm working on it. I am told by the debt collection agency that my account has been placed on hold, which, so far as I can tell, at least means that they shouldn't be sending me larger and larger bills (as they are now charging me for the Council's legal fees for the court case against me that has apparently been going on since August 2009 and that I have known about since, uh, yesterday) while I *get* it sorted out. You know, small mercies and all that.

Of course, the main thing they've threatened me with is arrestment of my earnings. I wish them all the luck in the world with finding any.

And once I do get them to stop trying to take legal action against me, I get to find out what sort of impact this has had on my credit score. Because. Gah.

I shouldn't be laughing, but I kind of am. At least the property they're claiming against for me had four walls and a roof... oh, wait... :) Really, though. That's special.
