If you have one nearby, hit up a Torrid. I tried on a nice, not-too-short pleated skirt there last weekend that comes in all kinds of sizes.

His hair hasn't grown long enough for Daphne. He's going as Shaggy, mostly so he can carry around a leash and collar all night and shout, "Have you seen my dog? SCOOBY DOO, WHERE ARE YOU?!" at the bar.
