Spock arrived approximately 2.45 minutes early. She had been prepared to leave her quarters prior to receipt of the communication.

As Spock entered, she took time to examine the room. She had not been in this particular space, at least not on this Enterprise. It was unsurprisingly similar to that which she remembered. She moved from the doorway and stood before the windows to wait.

There, by the window, was the only possible individual. Spock walked to the view screen.

Spock folded her hands behind her back. "I have heard a good deal of second party information concerning you, it is most gratifying to have a concrete association."

"Second-party information is never as reliable as first-hand data, it is true. My absence was of longer duration than forseen; it was not an intentional avoidance. And yourself - has your time and accommodation here been satisfactory?"
