I've decided to local friends-lock everything that refers to my school, includes the names of my friends, personal info, etc.

I don't think this will make a big difference since the only people who frequent this journal (I'm assuming) are already mutual friends.

But in case there are any voyeurs out there (I know, how egotistical of me >.> ), I'd ( Read more... )

Well, it's not so much sensitive information about me; rather, I didn't think my friends would appreciate having their names floating out there on the internet.

Hmm...but it still isn't private! Someone could just subscribe to your RSS feed...and all your posts are out in the open! I wasn't logged in when I subscribed to your feed, and I still got the full journal w/ the protected posts.

There's a orange RSS icon next to the URL, so I just clicked it. It asked me if I wanted to add to Google reader and I did that. Subscribed...It's also possible to just look in the source and find the words RSS or Atom.
