I've had this one in the works for a LONG time. I wrote it, and was going to post it, around last October. That did not work. :P But, it's in time for Valentine's Day!

I agree. I want to know more about those dreams. Well written and flowed well. There weren't any roadblocks or hiccups in the reading.

This felt more like a background/origin reveal story than an anecdote about "How I proposed to your mother". It just felt like the exposition was more of the point of the story.

One question. Probably the cliffhanger, but was Kin rescuing him from an awkward conversation or did he really have something to say to him?

Thank you! I actually tried to blend "background info" plus "current exposition" when writing this, and it's great to hear that it worked. :)

That's another vote for the dreams...heh. I might have to consider sitting down and writing them out now.

And you are correct; the ending is a cliffhanger/segue into the next part of the story (there are three total), which I will be posting as soon as I get around to a final edit/cleanup. Thank you for reading, and thanks for sharing your thoughts!
