H1N1 isn't especially more dangerous than other strains of influenza; it just seems to be more prolific. At least that's my impression. There's no compelling reason in my opinion for anyone to get flu vaccines but the young and the old (i.e. those who have weaker immune systems), and those with compromised immune systems. The rest of us have sufficient bodily resources to fight it off.
