I really think the "break in activities" for kusano has less to do with drinking and more with the other stuff that the bubka article accused him of. I am by no means saying that those allegations are true, but Mary San hates female-involved scandals even more than drinking scandals ( ... )

You're right, I'll bet most folks didn't even think of the female-involved scandals.

For instance, didn't Bubka publish photos of Ryo Nishikido surrounded by girls in a similar fashion before he turned 20? I don't recall anything happening to him in terms of a "break in activities" though.

And who will ever forget the kissing photos involving Takahiro Moriuchi?

Now that I'm looking at all this, that's three members of NEWS, past & present, that we've named as being targeted by Bubka! I know a lot of the media would like nothing better than to discredit JE by whatever means necessary, but...good grief.

So does the article say what's going to happen with the upcoming tour and probable CD single?

I think those photos were published just after or around the time ryo chan turned 20...? I don't remember. Also, truthfully Ryo chan never had the clean boy image, everyone thinks he is yakuza, so I bet half his fans were just glad they didn't catch him blackmailing some Ramen stand for protection fees... (I exaggerate but I hope you know what I mean.) Also, Ryo chan wasn't holding anything beverage in his scandal picture (though the weirdo did have his hands stuck into his pants... ie. Al Bundy style.) Thus it was more difficult to really say that it was alcohol in the glasses that were on the table, if that was really his drink, or what... because beer and tea can kind of look like the same color, but an aluminum can if you really wanted to get into it, there are labels and brands on it ( ... )

Oh, I'm sure that NEWS' activities will continue. What I meant by that question was whether Kusano will be with them for that tour and for the promotional activities whenever that next single comes out. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Tina, I'm very sorry about the bad wording on my part. I think it'd be best if we communicated by some other means about all this. And I'll wait until a better time; right now is definitely not good.
