Keeping her wrapped around his finger is essential, he's decided. Of course, he won't be letting her know this. She is a free spirit, after all. So he allows her to think she's in charge when the reality is that he knows just how to get her to do what he wishes.

The man he works under. He makes sure to keep this man thinking he has the power while he secretly gets permission from Franziska. Primarily because he's seen how Javert has to go through her for some things. Still, he does appear to be loyal to the man.

He recognizes that this man has some power. However, he still tends to favor Franziska to interacting with him. Being her favorite does pay off and he knows this.
Grell Sutcliff ♦♦
Potentially useful but unpredictable. He is still deciding if he can find a use for him anywhere.

He can pull rank on him. That's worth keeping an eye on him since the boy clearly has some power.
