I didnt put it in here so that the "readers" can have their own opinion. Basically, it's really just Sehun's doing. Like cheating, and making Jongdae look like the bad guy. Jongdae knew it was Sehun's fault though, so instead of just getting fired because of what he was accused of doing, he resigned. I do not want to be more specific because it's really up to what you want to think. :)
