THE SUSPENSE IS KILLING ME OMG WHY. I'm trying to guess but all I have is that Shixun is actually Sehun and he's been acting, Shixun is Sehun's long lost twin brother or this is actually all a figment of Kai's imagination and he's actually still in a coma.
