I seem to have gotten to the bottom of the Ibu/Izumi case. My full report (while already late) will be in official hands before the week is out.

Unfortunately, the human psyche is a delicate thing.

A case of this magnitude could hardly be rushed, and I'm certain administration would prize quality above speed.
