Summary: They look back on their book of love
“Oh! And here’s our first date! We went out to carnival because Bruce didn’t want us going anywhere “private” and at least at the carnival he wouldn’t have to use fancy equipment to spy on us.”
Dick snorted. “Yeah he still followed us around for at least another two dates.” He was sitting next to Wally, going over the scrapbook that Wally had made over their 'love life'. Damn that thing was heavy.
“It was fun that we turned it into a game of ‘Dodging Daddy!Bats’” Wally joked.
Dick turned the page. Seeing the contents lay on the page he turned to his boyfriend, eyebrow raised. “Really? There really was a six month plan?”
He pointed to the charts and diagrams on the page. In the corner there was a list of things that Dick loved. Next to it was a timeline starting out ‘attempting to hold hands’ and ending with ‘confession’ with a tiny sticky note tact to the bottom that said ‘If I survive Daddy!Bat, first date!’ There were little doodles on them with Dick’s name in hearts and various other things like ‘Places to hide from Bruce after I confess to Dick. - 1. Beg Uncle Barry to hide me.’
Wally flushed a red color. “Don’t mock the six month plan!”
Dick grinned. He leaned over and kissed Wally on the cheek. “Well I suppose I shouldn’t. It did work after all.”
