waking up dreaming of mississippi

i woke up today dreaming of mississippi-- but it was a weird mississippi covered in snow. the mcraney's had put a big blowup b&w wedding picture of president kennedy and jackie in their front window as way of some welcoming decoration and i could see a giant tv playing somesorta movie about weddings that they told me was "our movie" (i guess david'

because that's where david is, i'm guessing. i've never been to mississippi-- and i'm pretty sure the snow covered version in my dream was completely inaccurate. it was sorta like the piney woods, tx of my early childhood-- except with snow.

have you ever been?
