Three weeks ago, I told them at work to take it easier on the hours. I'm not full-time, with no full-time benefits, so I'll be damned if I'm going to work full-time hours regardless. Those transition lenses suck. I had them once. You'd think in theory that they would be useful, but they get dark even while indoors and on cloudy days, which was progressively more irritating until I paid out of pocket to replace them with the regular lenses.

Oh yeah? I heard you have a choice in their sensitivity, though that may be another brand, so that they're not dark while you're driving a bus of nuns to Burbank, at night, with a bag of knives on your lap.

Ah, see, I wasn't offered a choice of sensitivity. I got 'em from Lenscrafters, and they just gave me what they gave me. Which is really inconvenient when you're driving those nuns around.
